Description
Rafael's whole family was filled up with music talents. His mother was popular pro singer, piano player. composer and dancer. His father is outstanding piano player and composer. Rafael's grandfather was musical virtuoso. Rafael's uncle Stefan studied classical trumpet and was leader of Pop/Rock music bands in Europe. His brother Olivier was a pro drummer and owner of music Digital Audio Video Production. Rafael was born in Prague, former Czechoslovakia (today Czech Republic) on August 13, 1952. In 1963 emigrated to Sarajevo, Former Yugoslavia (today Bosnia and Herzegovina). In Sarajevo Rafael studied all levels of Graphics Arts and Design, Communication Arts and Fine Arts.
He was student of well known Academy professors and international graphics artists, one of them was Mersad Berber.

1979 Rafael emigrated to United States with help of his father Libor and senator Armstrong. In USA Rafael worked full time for several energy companies as a graphics illustrator.
Free time he dedicated to music, painting and helping other people in many different ways. In 1983 Rafael released his first 12" vinyl record album: "Rafael Brom I" (now included on: "Dance for Padre Pio") on his first record label: Brom Studio. This album received a lot of airplay on public and college radio stations in USA and Canada. After release of this album Rafael was elected in membership of ASCAP, and few years later received Special ASCAP Award. 1984 Rafael moved to Los Angeles, California where he established his own record label Cosmotone Records, Publishing Company Cosmotone Music (ASCAP) and distribution company Center for the Queen of Peace. There he released 3 more albums: l "Padre Pio", "Peace of Heart" and "The Sounds of Heaven". In Los Angeles Rafael was involved in numerous charity activities with his friends of Medjugorje, Marian and Pro-Life Movements, and Padre Pio Prayer Groups and Priests.
There he opened two Catholic bookstores and was organizing big screen presentations on Medjugorje and other Marian Apparitions for seven years in Pasadena, California which influenced life's of many people. On Padre Pio's birthday May 25th, 1988, Rafael became US Citizen in touching Naturalization Ceremony in Los Angeles, California. 1992 he moved to Sugar Land, Texas where he released 7 more albums: "Dance for Padre Pio" (which is contains two first albums), "True Measure of Love", "Music for Peace of Mind", "The Christmas Songs" and "You'll Never Walk Alone". On request from Hollywood Film Director Kurt James Stefka composed and performed original score for Kurt's short TV movie: "Crossroads of the World". In Sugar Land Rafael developed and designed new distribution and publishing company:

In 1984 Rafael came with idea for a Catholic Theme Park "Marianland" to be build in the United States.
marianland.com is also licensed representative of award winning British film director J. Paddy Nolan distributing Paddy's documentary videos on Padre Pio, Sr. Faustina and Medjugorje.
In year 2000 all Rafael's albums were remastered for CD duplication and MP3 Files by music and sound guru Colin Kennedy of Tortuga Music, Glendale, California. New albums of Rafael Brom "Angelophany" and "All My Love To You Jesus" were released in 2002. 2004 DVD "Rafael Brom Unplugged" - Live Performance. In 2005 Rafael moved to League City, Texas where he is mcontinuing his ministries. Hobbies: Tennis, Sailing, Soccer, Movies, Books, Movies, Paintings, Arts and Music.
