ZO2s debut independent release, Tuesdays & Thursdays won the band surprising attention. Within weeks of its release, ZO2 was on the main stage opening for Kiss and Poison on their entire 40 city national, VH1 sponsored Rock the Nation tour and the toughest audiences in the world embraced them with standing ovations every night.

And now the bands highly anticipated second CD, Aint It Beautiful, proves that ZO2 isnt stagnating. With songs such as the politically explosive Isolate, the satirically charged If You See Kay and the emotive Comin Home, ZO2 proves its a rock n roll force with which to be reckoned.

Recently, ZO2 has been receiving accolades and making friends in clubs across the country such as The Hard Rock Caf in Pittsburgh, The Viper Room in LA, The House of Blues and The HiFi Concert Club in Cleveland, Jaxx in VA, BB Kings and Arlenes Grocery in NYC, The Crazy Donkey and Mulcahys on Long Island, House of Rock and Stingers in MD, The Chance in Poughkeepsie and the Starland Ballroom in NJ, to name a few. Theyve been featured several times on the nationally syndicated radio show, The Tourbus. Theyve also appeared on Mark The Animal Mendozas radio show on Long Islands The Bone and made a guest spot on Eddie Trunks syndicated radio show with the legendary Joe Lynn Turner.

Featuring brothers Paulie Z (vocals, guitar) and David Z (vocals, bass guitar) and Joey Cassata (drums, vocals), the members individual musical achievements are noteworthy: David as the bassist for the enormously successful Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Joey in the Las Vegas-based company of the Blue Man Group and Paulie as the front man for several popular NYC-based bands and, more recently, the creator of NYCs popular ZO2s Rock Asylum featuring local and national rock artists and proving that the rock community in NYC is still thriving, hungry and begging for more.
