Description
Together since the mid-nineties Hope In Time has been a token of the love of songwriting for Wendy Lanter and Tom Circosta, with help from special friends Jeff Mattson and Klyph Black of the Zen Tricksters, Rob Barraco (Phil & Friends & Warren Haynes) and Jason Crosby (Robert Randolph Band). This Pop and Blues driven music is fresh with complex and coherent melodies, complimented by conversational lyrics that create mood, great setting and vision. At HOPE IN TIMEs live performances Lanter and Circosta sometimes feature a usual cast of well-known musicians whose styles greatly support the integrity of their songs featured in this brilliant CD. As the quote says "The music is Magic."
Tom Circosta has played with Peter Rowan, Vassar Clements, Derek Trucks, Mike Gordon, Tom Constanten, String Cheese Incident, and Kenny Kosek on several occasions, and has also shared the stage with the JGB,
Suzanne Vega, the Jefferson Starship, the David Grisman
Quintet, and more. Tom is proud to be a Homegrown Music Net band member. Tom, The Tricksters and Wendy Lanter
have been involved with Vassar Clements annual Birthday
Celebrations and AMD Music and the Vassar Benefit.
Wendy Lanter and Tom Circosta are currently performing with the Kettle Joe's PSR
